Objectives:

Welcome to the SVE FAMILY!

This training information is for you. It will guide you through your first week as a new employee. It is self-guided and it is YOUR responsibility to get through it in a timely manner, but please don’t skip ahead to different days... we don’t want you to bite off more than you can chew.

Here are the things you will be working on today...

1. Read through the Office Policy – (Test tomorrow!) (Available thru "My Training" in SVO)

2. Fill out your “Employee Info”, I9, W4, and initial and sign the “Conditions of Employment.” – Give it to your trainer so he/she can send it to newhires@successvision.com.

3. Take typing test

4. Read the welcome note and SVE’s story

5. Study up on how to greet the customer and asking them to sign-in using the iPad

6. Read/learn our sales philosophy

7. Ask your trainer to give you a store tour

8. Get fitted in a pair of glasses (from your trainer)

9. Read/learn about the fitting triangle

10. Watch the trainer adjust 3 pairs of glasses

11. Adjust 5 pairs of demo glasses – (Test tomorrow!)

12. Read/learn acronyms – (Test on Day 3!)

13. Conclude the day by closing the store... with assistance of course
