Laptops issued to Managers that are on SVE's Mosyle Mobile Device Manager should automatically load in the ReoLink Client application.
Please look for this application in Finder->Applications->Reolink.app

Opening the Reolink application (Desktop)
Once the Reolink application is opened, you will see a window similar to the following:
Along the left side of the screen, any Networked Video Recorder (NVR) camera systems will be shown, after they have been added to your computer.

- Adding a Networked Video Recorder (NVR) to your [Desktop] computer:
To add an NVR to your desktop computer, click the "+" icon to the right of "Device" on the left-hand side of the application screen:
This will bring up the following modal:
The UID (Unique IDentifier) number is specific to the NVR for each location.
*NOTE - To receive the UID and login information for your location(s), please put in a ticket with the iT Department.
Enter the UID you have received from the iT Department into the "Input UID" field, and click "Add" to open the login modal:
After the Username and Password for your NVR have been entered, click the "Login" button in the lower right corner of the modal, to login to that NVR.
Once the NVR has successfully logged in, it will show up in the list of NVRs on the left-hand side of the main Reolink application window:
- Adding a Networked Video Recorder (NVR) to your [iPhone]:
To add an NVR to your iPhone Reolink App, tap the "+" icon in the top right corner of the screen:
This will bring up a new page. On this page, tap the "Manual Input" button:
This will lead to a new page where you can manually input or paste in the UID for the Reolink NVR you would like to add access to:
After the UID has been entered, tap "Next", and follow the onscreen prompts to enter the username and password you have been provided with, for the Reolink NVR in question.
- To view Reolink cameras on an NVR (Networked Video Recorder):
To view a list of, and access a specific camera attached to an NVR, click the down arrow to twirl open a list of the cameras selectable on the NVR in question:
*NOTE - The NVRs that Success Vision Express uses, support up to 24 channels. Few locations will utilize all 24 camera channels. The camera channels which are grayed out, are currently unused camera channels that are available for future cameras on that NVR if needed.
