Sales Process
- Customer enters the store.
- “Hi. How may I help you?”
- Customer just got a prescription and is looking for glasses.
- “May I see your prescription?”
- Customer gives you his prescription and it’s Single Vision. You notice his right eye a -4.00 -0.25x080
- “Are you looking for anything in particular?”
- Customer says no.
- “Well I see that you have a strong prescription. Would you be interested in a lens that is 1/3 thinner and lighter?”
- Customer says yes.
- “Are you wanting one pair or two?”
- Customer says one pair.
- “ Great! While you check out our selection of frames, let me go see if we have these lenses in stock.”
- While customer is looking at frames, you find his lenses, and ask the lab how long it will be on a SV poly.
- “Okay, Mr. Smith. I have your lenses in stock, did you find a pair of glasses?”
- Customer said they found a few, but want you opinion. You give the customer your honest opinion, the customer agrees, and you have them sit at a desk so you can get their information and measurements.
- After you complete the sale, you say, “Thank you for coming in Mr. Smith. We’ll see you at (the time you agreed on).
