How to add a new Sonos product

*Note: A mobile device is required to complete the steps below. The location iPhones used for our location phones should have the needed Sonos app. If they do not, please let the iT Department know, via a support ticket.


  1. Open the Sonos app on your iOS or Android device.
  2. From the Settings tab, tap SystemAdd Product.
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to add your product to your system.
