Accessing SVO from outside of the office/store

Manager-level and higher users in SVO are granted full access, with restrictions by permission level, to SVO from anywhere in the United States of America.


If accessing from an international location, SVO access may be denied without the use of a VPN (Virtual Private Network).




Non-managers are granted full access, with restrictions by permission level, to SVO, only when within a network that has an IP address that has been authorized for full access by a manager or higher-level SVO user.


When accessing SVO from locations outside of an SVE-owned or operated location, non-managers will have limited access to SVO:



• No access to customer records

• No access to clock-in



Non-manager staff WILL have access to:


• View a record of clock-ins

• View SVO Calendar work shifts

• View and send/receive SVO Messages
