Verify the blade is in the correct position.
Verify there is water coming out of the polish manifold. If not, track the water lines back through the Solenoid (Rear Interior), then down to the water reservoir. If the water is stopping somewhere, you've found the clog (Clog in water lines, Bad Solenoid, Bad Pump in the reservoir). If problem is not found, continue with the below steps.
On the Calibration page, reset the Wheel 1 & Wheel 2 Size Bias to 0.00.
Complete a Size calibration, making sure to turn the polish on and calibrate 1D & 2D after the first Size calibration on the cutter body.
The Wheel 1 & 2 Size Bias should then show a Negative number.
If the polish is too rough, you can decrease the number by -0.10.
If the polish is smearing, you can increase the number by +0.10 (Making sure not to go above +0.00).
