2G- Solid Blue Screen at Power up- Carriages Won't Move (No Boot)

Power Cycle

Verify 120V from Power Cord to 2G

Verify 5V at Black Box test points (If no Power, Check Fuse & Wires at Power Switch and Power Receptacle (Including Jumper wire)). 

Check CMOSS Battery (Back Processor Board) for 3V, Replace as needed.
